Yes. There are numerous security measures to insure your privacy as well as protect your financial information. Your financial information is transmitted by SSL and is never stored on our servers.
How do I use my deal?
Simply print your voucher from the “My Vouchers” page. Remember, you must log in to view and print your vouchers. Then, take your voucher to the merchant and enjoy your deal!
I already bought a deal, but I can’t find it. Where is it?
Log into your account and click the link at the top, center of the page that reads “My Vouchers.”
Do I have to use the 2Buy2Deal on the same day?
No. 2Buy2Deal vouchers may not even be available to print until the next day. After purchasing a voucher, you will have until the expiration date printed on the voucher to use the promotional value. In the event the promotional value expires, you can still redeem the voucher with the merchant for the amount you paid.
I bought the 2Buy2Deal that featured both businesses for an additional discount. Do I have to use my voucher for both businesses on the same day?
No. You will receive two vouchers, one for each business that can each be used separately and on different days. Of course, we think using them together guarantees you a complete day of fun!
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards.
Am I billed as soon as I join 2Buy2Deals?
You will not be charged until you purchase a deal.
What if my 2Buy2Deal expires?
There is hope! You can redeem the voucher for the price you paid.
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
We do offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you would like a refund, please send an email to refund@2buy2deals.com that explains your situation. However, we do not guarantee a refund will be approved.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?

What if the business offering the deal goes out of business before I redeem my voucher?
We will provide a full refund.
Are taxes included with the 2Buy2Deal purchase?
Taxes can be complicated and have different rules depending on where you live, where you redeem your 2Buy2Deal, and other factors. It is the responsibility of the merchant to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations when a 2Buy2Deal voucher is redeemed.
Can I combine sale items or additional promotions with my voucher?
Please refer to the printed voucher for the merchant’s terms, policies, and exclusions.

No problem. Gift away. We track vouchers by a unique code (passed down for generations).
I proposed a deal. Will you offer it?
Possibly. Our goal is to feature only those deals proposed and voted on by our customers. We select the most popular deals by votes and then contact the merchants to see if they will offer the deal. If they agree, we feature the deal, you get the credit.
What is the difference between a local and national deal proposals?
It is up to you to choose the most appropriate venue for your deal to be proposed and offered. Generally, if the businesses you would like to propose are located in just your city then choose local. If both businesses have locations around the country, then choose national. While it might be fun to see if you can get your local sandwich shop featured nationally, it probably is not practical to think someone seven states away will want to eventually buy a their deal.
I don’t see my deal proposal on the site. Where did it go?
Once a week we have a flood event (a what?). The flood is our method for washing away some of the least popular deals. We see it as a fun incentive for everyone to promote their deal to remove it from the flood list. If your deal proposal ends up on the flood list, you have limited time to save the deal before it is washed away.
What is the flood? How does it work?
The flood serves two purposes. The practical purpose is to make room for more proposals, and the second purpose is to give you a fun incentive to promote, or save, your deal proposal.
The flood works by selecting the least popular deals and placing them on the flood list. Every Friday, through the course of the day, a certain percentage of the proposed on the list will be flooded. At the end of the day, all the flooded deals with be washed away and replaced by a new group of least popular proposals.
Can I save my proposal from the flood?
Yes. But you will have to scramble. You have to find enough family, friends, or strangers to vote for your proposal to move it off the list. If you succeed, your proposal will be replaced by another.
I want to see a deal offered that I read about in the forum. What can I do?
Great! All you have to do is vote for the proposed deals you want to see offered, then join the campaign to get your family, friends, and random other people to vote. If the proposal gets enough votes, 2Buy2Deals will contact the businesses to see if they will offer the deal.
Do you really give ALL your proceeds from the Sunday 2Buy2Deal to the charity?
Yes. All of 2Buy2Deals’ proceeds from a purchase of a Sunday deal, even if you only buy the individual business deal, will be donated to the featured charity.

How can my charity be featured in a deal?
We try to select charities that have been recommended to us, or that we have worked with in the past. For this reason, we usually do not feature charities that directly request being featured in a Sunday 2Buy2Deal.
When will 2Buy2Deals be in my city?
Soon… and even sooner if you are willing to Propose a Deal to get the ball rolling. We will grow into new cities that want to participate. So, propose a deal, get others to vote, and we will see you sooner.
